Hey Everyone! I felt I needed to post on my awsome week!

So, Cornerstone youth group went sailing on the Spirit of Dana Point last weekend. It was so cool to be out on the ocean! It rained us silly on Saturday, so, much of it was cold, wet, and seasick. Fun. However, Sunday offered a glorious sunrise, which I would show pictures of, but my computor's being a brat and won't uplaod images right now. Maybe later.

I never thought being solo in nowwhereville would be so freeing. I almost cried when I came home. All right, I did that for Forest Home trip, too, but I was there a week in a place I've loved for my whole life, not two days on a ship I've never seen on a vast ocean I've only known the shore of until Saturday. Still, I felt so connected to the world around me.

I think water is my element.

Blue is my color......seven is my number.......so why not sail the seven bluish seas!

Hey Everyone! School is so much fun! I was concerned that it would be all work and no play, but it's mostly the ooposite. Sure I have homework, but it's nothing I can't handle. And...   Zach Leetch is in the ASL class!

Works no fun, but then, that is why it's called work. I hope to get a new job soon. Any ideas?

For those of you who saw me on crutches a couple weeks ago, I'm doing much better. Sprains heal fast for me. Besides, it was only for a couple days, not the three weeks I had in May. I'll be back to normal before you know it.

Hey Everyone! I have some exciting news for you all! Here it is in chronological order:

1. I went to camp called Forest Home and I met some of the best friends ever (including a guy friend I am still in contact with via e-mail)!

2. I got my drivers liscence! .... and all the pain, money, gas, and fun that comes with it.

3. I am going to Saddleback Community College. I will be taking Music 1, Music 60 (classical guitar), Speech 1, Health 2, Sign Language 1, and PE 107. I'm going to get my AA there, then hopefully transfer to the Intitute of Worship soon to be hosted by Ocean Hills Community Church. That will get me my Bachelors in Music.

4. I taught an art class this summer with four very wild, very energetic younger girls. God gave me patience and every one had a fun, safe, playful experiance. Next year will hopefully add learning to that list.

5. I am having a fun filled summer!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Oh, yeah, and I have strep.

But I am not contagious!!!!!!!!!!!!!

anyways, love you guys!

Well, today has been an interesting week.

It all started with Sunday when many of the girls at church decided I'm going to teach them Tea Kwon Do. Who knew girls liked knowing how to fight. I always thought they didn't care. Now I know.

As for Monday, we got to spend the whole day with my best friend Martha, who has lived in Oregon since I was eleven and is getting married this summer. Talk about a flashback.

It gets worse. On Tuesday, Merry of all people came into work. She was supposed to be in Colorado. she has her licence and is somewhere is Arizona right now. How very typical.

Wednesday? Well, Josh Sill is back from a missions trip to South Africa. I ran into him at the bank. Well, he ran into me really literally. Speaking of that, I did it to Eric and he was hurt already. Oops. Sorry Eric. I'll never live that one down.

So far nothing has happened today. But who knows? There is six hours left...

Here's to wacky week surprises!

Hello Everyone! Well, after two weeks of using crutches, I am finally back to doing the every day dumb stuff I'm known for. Like jambing  my fingers in the floor, possibly breaking bones, and having miner scrapes and bruises.

I'm working on a song right now that has this theme: There are always days when life sucks and everything seems to go wrong. It is like there's something in the back of your mind that you were supposed to do and it distracs you into a flurry of chaos. And when you lie in bed realizing you just wasted a perfectly good day, maybe it was because the first thing you did was forget to pray.

It seems cool, but to me, not so easy. Try saying that when work is hard, your body's broken, and your guitar is missing a pivotal string. It is still good. They always said the best songs are the ones that hurt to play.
